Initial Set Up

Secure Site Parking will bare the cost of preparing the land for use as a pay and display car park which is likely to include the following:

• Levelling & preparing the land
• Marking the bays were appropriate
• Laying out parking segregation as required
• Carrying out safety works where necessary
• Installing fencing as required
• Installing adequate signage
• Installing parking machines
• Provision of adequate dustbins
• Initial car park marketing awareness (advertising)

On Going Liability

After the initial set up and once the car park is up and running Secure Site Parking will manage the car park on a day to day basis which will include the following:

• Provide ticket purchase enforcement
• Maintain the ticket machines
• Collect the revenue
• Count, bag and bank the revenue
• Provide weekly revenue reports
• Carry out general administration
• Provide weekly rubbish collection
• Provide adequate Public Liability Insurance
• Take on rateable liability
• Provide site maintenance as required
